Since 1988, Edwin K. Stone has been working in the California Workers' Compensation system.  He began after graduating from UCLA by working as a claims adjuster and then as an auditor of workers' compensation claims for the risk management department of a multi-national company that owned and managed hospitals.  He then attended Southwestern University School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998.  He initially represented insurance companies in the defense of workers compensation claims all over Central and Southern California, but since 2010 he has used that experience to better represent injured workers and advocate for their rights in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo counties.  

The law offices of Edwin K. Stone have been fighting for the rights of injured workers since 2017.  

Edwin K. Stone is a Certified Specialists in California Workers' Compensation Law.  

Edwin Stone served as the President of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Applicant Attorneys Association from 2016-2020.
