Crystal C. Forsher is bilingual and has been fighting for injured workers since 2003. She manages our Santa Maria office and is Certified by the State Bar of California as a Workers' Compensation Specialist.
She was born and raised in Lompoc, CA. Upon graduating from St. Joseph’s High School in Santa Maria, CA she moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Marymount University (LMU) where she majored in Business Law and minored in Spanish. Upon graduating from LMU, Crystal began her legal career as a case worker at an employment law firm in Los Angeles for 4 years that specialized in Workers’ Compensation cases before deciding to move back home to Santa Barbara County.
Here she attended law school at the Santa Barbara College of Law and graduated in 2012. While she was in law school she was an officer of Delta Theta Pi and a volunteer for the Public Defender’s Office. She also worked full time in the intellectual property department of a large corporation while attending law school in the evenings. She remains at an active alumnus serving on several of their panels.
Crystal returned to her Workers’ Compensation roots in 2014 as an attorney. In 2018 she joined The Law Offices of Edwin K. Stone, A Professional Law Corporation.
She is the President of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association. She is also on the executive board for the Northern Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the Legal Aid Foundation. In addition to the above she is also on the Teachers Advisory Committee for the Center for Employment Training in Santa Maria and on the advisory board for the San Luis Obispo College of Law. Lastly, she is a mock trial coach for Lompoc High School.
