Crystal C. Forsher, Esq.


Crystal C. Forsher has been fighting for injured workers since 2003. She is bilingual and manages our Santa Maria office.

She was born and raised in Lompoc, CA. Upon graduating from St. Joseph’s High School in Santa Maria, CA she moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Marymount University (LMU) where she majored in Business Law and minored in Spanish. Upon graduating from LMU, Crystal began her legal career as a case worker at an employment law firm in Los Angeles for 4 years that specialized in Workers’ Compensation cases before deciding to move back home to Santa Barbara County.

Here she attended law school at the Santa Barbara College of Law and graduated in 2012. While she was in law school she was an officer of Delta Theta Pi and a volunteer for the Public Defender’s Office. She also worked full time in the intellectual property department of a large corporation while attending law school in the evenings. She remains at an active alumnus serving on several of their panels.

Crystal returned to her Workers’ Compensation roots in 2014 when she became an attorney. In 2018 she joined The Law Offices of Edwin K. Stone, A Professional Law Corporation.

She is the Vice President of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association. She is also on the executive board for the Northern Santa Barbara County Bar Association. In addition to the above she is also on the Teachers Advisory Committee for the Center for Employment Training in Santa Maria. Furthermore, she is on the advisory boards for the Legal Aid Foundation and the San Luis Obispo College of Law.

On the weekends she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, their newborn daughter, Penelope and their pup, Theodore.
